The measurement. The manufacturer gives one figure — 155 × 205 mm — without saying which number is which. Read against the photographs, that is roughly 15.5cm across the shade and 20.5cm tall.
Weight. The shipping record puts the lamp at 620g. That is a solid figure for something this size, and it is consistent with the metal body the specification describes rather than a moulded one.
Where it sits. At around 20cm it is bedside and side-table height — tall enough to put light on a surface, short enough to live under a shelf.
What is not published. The manufacturer's record carries no separate base diameter, no shade depth and no lumen figure, so we are not going to print one. If you need a measurement before you commit, ask and we will put a tape on one for you.

Material. Metal, per the manufacturer's specification, in a gold or a rose gold finish. In the close-up photographs the brushed grain runs in concentric rings across the dome, which is what a spun metal shade looks like. The record does not say whether the colour is plating or a coating, so we do not claim either.
Care. A dry microfibre cloth along the grain keeps a polished dome polished. Polished metal takes a fingerprint, as polished metal does — a breath and a buff and it is gone.
Charging. The port is recessed into the centre of the base, between the padded feet. The manufacturer rates the battery at 1800mAh and up to 12 hours a charge. Note that the packing list names the lamp on its own, so plan on using a lead you already have; the FAQ below says plainly what the record does and does not specify about the connector.
Where to keep it. Listed for indoor use. It carries no weather rating, so rooms and covered indoor spaces rather than a windowsill that gets wet.
The light goes down, onto the table.
The dome is metal and closed over the top, so nothing shines outward at eye height. What you get instead is a circle of warm light on the surface underneath — the sideboard, the open book, the tray of glasses — and a room that reads soft rather than lit. It is why a lamp this small can sit at the end of a sofa with nobody squinting past it, and why it works as the last light left on in a room.

The photographs show the lamp worked with a fingertip on the crown of the dome — which is the part your hand lands on anyway when you reach across a bedside table. The same spot turns it on, turns it off and takes the brightness up and down.

Three set steps, or stepless and three tones.
This is the decision worth taking slowly, because it is fixed when you order. Warm White is a single warm tone with three-level dimming: three defined settings, and you move to the one you want. 3 Tone carries three colour temperatures and dims steplessly, so you can land anywhere between the ends rather than picking off a list. Warm White is the simpler instrument and the one for a bedside; 3 Tone is the one to take if you want the lamp to read differently at seven in the evening than it does at eleven. Both descriptions are the manufacturer's own.

Turn it over and the base is a black plate with three soft feet set into it, so the lamp grips a polished sideboard rather than sliding across it. The charging port is recessed into the centre between them, out of sight when the lamp is standing. The shipping record lists it at 620g, which is enough weight that it stays planted when you tap the top instead of rocking away from your finger.

Where is the touch control?
On the top of the shade. The photographs show it being worked with a fingertip on the crown of the dome, which is the part of the lamp your hand reaches first. There is no switch on a cable and no button on the base.
What's the difference between Warm White and 3 Tone?
Warm White is one warm tone with three-level dimming — three set brightnesses. 3 Tone carries three colour temperatures and dims steplessly, so you can stop anywhere in between. Warm White is the simpler lamp; 3 Tone is the more adjustable one. It is chosen when you order rather than switched later.
How long does a charge last?
The manufacturer rates the built-in battery at 1800mAh and up to 12 hours per charge. As with any dimmable lamp, the top of that range is the lower brightness settings, so treat 12 hours as the generous end rather than the average.
Does a charging cable come in the box?
Straight answer: the manufacturer's packing list names the lamp on its own, and the record does not name the connector on the base either. We would rather say that than guess for you. The port is there — recessed into the centre of the base — but if the lead matters to your plans, message us before you order and we will confirm from the batch in stock.
How big is it?
