On the manufacturer's dimension drawings the bracket runs vertically, down the side of the array — so 60cm, 90cm, 100cm and 120cm describe how deep the stack of bars hangs, not how far it reaches across. Comparing the four drawings, the width across the bars stays broadly the same from size to size while the height climbs. Choose by ceiling, not by table.

It grows downward, not outward.
Most pendants are sold on their width, because most pendants sit over a table. This one is not that. On the maker's own drawings the measuring bracket runs down the side of the fixture, and the four sizes get taller rather than wider: three bars occupy 60cm of air, nine occupy 120cm. Add the suspension cable above that, and the question stops being how long your table is and starts being how much height you have to fill.
Which is why it reads best in the places a flat ceiling light gives up on — a stairwell, a landing above an entrance hall, the void over an open-plan living room.

That is a genuine trade-off and worth knowing before you commit: nothing to buy again — the manufacturer rates the source at up to 50,000 hours — but equally nothing to swap, and no choosing your own colour temperature later. It runs warm white, one tone, as it comes.

The suspension is listed as adjustable between 1 and 3 metres, taken up at the canopy while the electrician is on the steps. Work out your total before they arrive: it is the cable length plus the array height, so a 9-bar on a 1 metre cable fills roughly 2.2 metres below the ceiling. The usual convention over a dining table is to leave the lowest point around 75 to 90cm clear of the surface — that is a rule of thumb rather than anything the maker specifies, but it is the one most people hang to.

The bar count and the height move together, so the choice is really a choice about the room. Three bars at 60cm sit comfortably under an ordinary flat ceiling. How far down will it hang?
Two figures added together. The suspension cable is listed as adjustable between 1 and 3 metres, and the array itself occupies 60cm, 90cm, 100cm or 120cm depending on the size you choose. So the shortest possible arrangement of the 3-bar is about 1.6 metres below the ceiling, and the 9-bar at full cable is a little over 4. Your electrician takes the cable up at the canopy on the day.
Is 60 cm the width or the height?
The height. On the manufacturer's dimension drawings the bracket runs vertically down the side of the fixture, and across the four drawings the array gets taller while the spread across the bars stays broadly constant. This is the single most misread thing about the fixture, so it is worth saying plainly: you are buying depth, not reach.
Will it work over a dining table?
The 3-bar does, and one of the maker's own photographs shows it hung over a round dining table. The larger sizes are a different animal — at 100 or 120cm of array you would be eating underneath it. One honest gap: we do not have a published span across the bars, so if your table is narrow or the fixture has to clear a run of cabinets, write to us first and we will ask the maker for the figure.
Can I put it on my wall dimmer?
The record does not state that it is dimmable, and we are not going to tell you it is on the strength of a guess. Wire it to a plain switch unless you have had the driver confirmed as compatible with your particular dimmer. If dimming matters to you, ask us before you order and we will put the question to the manufacturer rather than let you find out on the ceiling.
Can the bulbs be replaced?

It hangs in the stairwell void and you see it from the hall and from the landing. That was exactly the problem I had been trying to solve.
I nearly ordered the 120cm for a normal room. Read the sizing note twice, took the 60cm instead, and it was the right call.
My electrician had it up in about ninety minutes. He set the cable so the lowest bar clears the banister by a hand's width.
The angles are the thing. From below it is a lattice, from the landing it is a row of lines. Same fixture, two different pieces.
